Section 85
Annual report to be submitted
The board shall submit an annual report to the Ministry disclosing the following within three months of the end of each financial year:-
(a) Details of the work carried out by him during the year and the expenditure incurred thereon,
(b) Board's action plan for the coming year and the estimated budget required for the same and its sources,
(c) statement of income and expenditure of the Board, and
(d) Other details as specified.
